Items found inside the apartment should not be used outside (including the balcony or the garden).
Kindly note that no visitors are allowed, only registered guests should be inside the apartment.
No parties or events are allowed, kindly keep the noise to the lowest possible, in order to respect the peace of the neighbors.
No pets allowed!
Please keep away from open fires outside the area designated for BBQs and smoking.
Smoking, e-cigarettes, iQOS, and candles are not allowed inside the apartment!
Kindly make sure that no fire is left behind after using the BBQ/bonfire area.
On rainy days and during the night, please cover all garden and balcony furniture and move the cushions inside.
Kindly lock the doors for the night and when leaving the apartment during the day.
