The minimum stay is 2 nights.

High-season/public holiday weekends can only be booked as a unit.

The price must be paid within 2 days (48 hours). In other cases, your booking might be canceled.

Price does not include:

Deposit: 60 000 HUF (paid upon arrival in cash only)

Price includes:

Bedding, sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee and tea provided, welcome drink, cleaning

Respecting the rules of the building, we cannot allow pets in the apartment.

Four-day long weekends in 2025

2025. April 18-19-20-21 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Easter)

2026. May 1-2-3-4 – Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

2027. October 23-24-25-26 – Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Five-day long weekend in 2025

2025. December 24-25-26-27-28 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Christmas)

Guests have the option to pay 50% of the full price at the time of the booking and pay the remaining 50% within 48 hours after the booking.

Alternatively, 100% of the price can be paid at the time of the booking.

Payment options: bank transfer

Kindly make sure to complete the bank transfer right after booking, as your booking will be kept only for 48 hours without having the payment arrive.

In case of not received payment upon completing a booking, your booking will be deleted. The cancellation policy applies!

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be refunded 50% of the full price.

The booking date can be modified for free up until the 15th day before arrival.

Cancellations within less than 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

• Kindly make sure to keep the apartment clean, tidy, and free from damage.
• Items found inside the apartment should not be used outside (including the balcony or the garden).
• Kindly note that no visitors are allowed, only registered guests should be inside the apartment.
• No parties or events are allowed, kindly keep the noise to the lowest possible, in order to respect the peace of the neighbours.
• No pets allowed!
• Please keep away from open fires outside the area designated for BBQs and smoking.
• Smoking, e-cigarettes, iQOS, and candles are not allowed inside the apartment!
• Kindly make sure that no fire is left behind after using the BBQ/bonfire area.
• On rainy days and during the night, please cover all garden and balcony furniture and move the cushions inside.
• Kindly lock the doors for the night and when leaving the apartment during the day.
• We do not take responsibility for damages or injuries owing to unregulated use!

• We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items during your stay.
